OHANA SURF CAMP

Maddox has wanted to take surf lessons again since taking them in California. I found a surf camp in Galveston that's either one day, three days, or five days. While Maddox begged for the three day camp we started with just one day to see how it went. The camp actually calls for age 6 and up but I called and they said as long as he is a strong swimmer he can join. So we signed him up and it was a success. He got up on every attempt and only fell off once. He had so much fun and begged to sign up for more lessons. I will have to sign him up for more later this summer. I laid on the beach chatting with other parents while all the kids surfed. They also each had the chance to do a little paddle boarding, pretty neat! Hang Ten!
