Tripp has taken his first step in his lifelong journey with God. Today Father Reji baptized Tripp with his parents and godparents (me and Traci's brother) there to support him. The celebration was held at St. Therese Little Flower Church in Port Acres during mass. Lunch and dessert was served at my parents to continue the celebration and thank family and friends for showing their support in this special moment of Tripp's life. Tripp was a perfect angel; he didn't fuss once. Baptism in the Catholic church is extremely important to our faith however it can be very confusing for those who are not raised in the church. This website can help you to understand why we as Catholics believe Baptism as a baby is so important. My cousin Diana took the pictures during mass for Traci and Richie.
OH! If you read the last post and read that I hoped Maddox would have a much better attitude today, he didn't. Another rough day under our belt, which is probably why Nick is sleeping as I am blogging.
