July 19th we left SETX and headed to Dallas. One of my close friends just moved to Las Colinas and we missed her dearly. We spent the evening having dinner and catching up with sweet Caroline. The next morning we were headed out to Edmond, OK to visit with Paul, Kim and the girls. This trip was so much fun, as always. We did a little shopping at the mall (they have a Disney Store-Madman was in Heaven) and spend lots of time at the country club they are members of. It was awesome weather to relax outside and let the kids enjoy the backyard and the amenities of the country club. One day we drove to Oklahoma City and did a little sight seeing; it is such a neat town. They have a board walk there with so much to do; we took a boat ride on the river, so neat. We then had dinner at Toby Keith's restaurant and got the kids ice cream at Sonic. Maddox absolutely loves going and playing with Brooklyn and Sophia. Nick and Paul have been best friends since 8th grade. Kim and I were pregnant at the same time and both lived in the Houston area at that time. Brooklyn is just a few months younger than Madman so we think it's really important to build a relationship between the two of them. Kim is Paul's wife, seriously such a sweetheart!
