HOME OWNERS

We have bought our second home together. This time we bought a home that was built in 1988 and needed lots of updating. We were looking for the worst house in the best neighborhood. We like in a quiet little edition that has sidewalks and a park just a couple blocks away. It is truly the perfect area for our little family. We are still in the same town so we have convenience at our fingertips. These pictures are the before. I will be sure to post the "after" pictures when we are through! By no means was this house awful to begin with; it simply needed updating! We found this house in late October maybe early November. Closing on this house was long, drawn out and so stressful. It was all worth it. Don't judge, the end product will be fab.

The house is 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Including the house, garage (and garage bath), man cave and porch it is 3300 sq ft. The garage has a connecting room that will serve as a man cave (praise the Lord!) and a full bath as well. The utility room was only accessible through the garage but is now accessible through the house as well. We have a formal den and dining, a living room, breakfast room and kitchen. There is ample amounts of storage here! There is a room that appears to be an attic but is air condition, sheet rocked and has a floor- the perfect storage space. There are also two sets of built ins, one in the living area and one in the hallway. The yard is a great size, front and back. We are on a corner lot which gives us a lot of space. The back yard currently has an old red storage building (free to whom wants to pick it up, hah) that we plan to get rid of this spring. Take a look inside.
